These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Betflare website and its related services. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any part of the platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not create an account or continue using the website.

By accessing, browsing, or opening an account, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you are legally eligible to use the services.

1. Introduction

1.2 Terminology

3. Changes to the Terms

It is your responsibility to review the current Terms regularly. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the services and close your account. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.

4. Opening and Using an Account

4.1 One Account Rule

Only one account is permitted per:

IP address (registration or login)
household/address
email address
payment card or payment method

If a player intends to use a payment card belonging to someone else, prior approval from the finance department is required, along with written authorization from the cardholder. Any authorization, if accepted, is valid only for that day.

If these rules are breached, accounts may be blocked without notice. Any balances and pending withdrawals may be cancelled, even if verification has already been completed.

4.2 Registration and Accurate Details

To register, you must complete the account registration form on the website.

If Betflare finds that account information is inaccurate during verification, at first withdrawal, or at any time, Betflare may close the account without notice and confiscate the balance.

If you request changes to your account details, supporting documents may be required, for example:

Address change: proof of residence (old and new)
Name change: official certificate
Bank detail change: bank documentation

Account names must match legal identity documents. Payment instruments used for deposits/withdrawals must match the verified identity.

4.3 Restricted Jurisdictions

Registration is not permitted for residents or citizens of certain restricted jurisdictions. Examples listed include: USA, Ontario, Curaçao, Malta, Israel, Cyprus, Iran, North Korea, Bulgaria, Serbia, Lithuania, Nigeria (and others as stated on the platform).

4.4 Player Declarations

By registering, you confirm that:

You are 18+
You are not a resident/citizen of any restricted jurisdiction stated by the platform
You are responsible for complying with local laws where you are located
All personal information provided is accurate and truthful
You play only on your own behalf and not for commercial purposes or third parties
You understand that gambling involves risk and losses are possible
Deposited funds do not originate from illegal activity
You will indemnify Betflare and its partners for losses arising from your breach of these Terms
You will not use robots, external assistance programs (EPAs), or methods that distort normal gameplay or provide unfair advantage

You must keep your username and password confidential. If you lose access, you can use the password recovery function.

You are responsible for:

All activity carried out on your account
Maintaining password security
Any losses caused by third-party access due to your failure to protect credentials

You must notify the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.

4.6 No Transfers and Third-Party Payments

The following are prohibited:

Transferring funds between accounts
Using payment methods owned by third parties
Allowing any third party to play on your account
Transferring ownership of an account (accounts are not transferable)

4.7 Recordkeeping

You are encouraged to save or print relevant rules, policies, and transaction records for your own reference.

5. Account Verification (KYC)

By accepting these Terms, you authorize Betflare to carry out verification checks to confirm identity, age, and contact details and to prevent money laundering and fraud.

5.1 Documents That May Be Required

Verification may include:

Recent utility bill matching your registered address
Government-issued ID or passport
Copies of payment cards used (with middle digits and security code hidden), or alternative proof of the deposit method
A completed and signed Betflare authorization form
Betflare may verify your identity at any time and may conduct a verification call to finalize validation.

Any attempt to bypass verification may result in account closure.

6. Deposits

Cash deposits are not accepted.
Only the payment methods shown on the payment page are available.
Minimum deposit: €20 (or equivalent).
Maximum standard deposit: €2,500 (or equivalent).

If a deposit is refunded (including chargeback, suspected fraud, or other reasons), winnings generated from that deposit may be cancelled and the related session treated as void.

6.1 Third-Party Payment Processors

Betflare may use third-party payment processors (“Electronic Service Providers” / ESPs). By using the service, you authorize Betflare to instruct ESPs to process deposits and withdrawals on your behalf. If ESP terms conflict with these Terms, these Terms prevail.

6.2 Deposit Withdrawal Restriction

A deposit must be wagered three times before it can be withdrawn.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases and solely at Betflare’s discretion.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Processing Time

Withdrawals are processed within 2 business days. Different terms may apply for VIP users as agreed with a VIP manager.

Payouts are typically returned to the deposit method where possible. The Company reserves the right to decide the payout method.

7.2 Verification Required

Withdrawals require a fully verified account and approved KYC documentation.

7.3 Weekly Limits

Weekly withdrawal limits may range from €2,500 to €5,000 (or equivalent) depending on player level. VIP or unusually large wins may be handled under separate terms.

7.4 Minimum Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal request: €50 (or equivalent).

7.5 Bonus Abuse and Account Review

Betflare may review accounts and classify activity at its discretion. If a player is deemed a bonus abuser, winnings and bonuses may be voided and withdrawals may be denied.

Accounts cannot be closed while a withdrawal request is active or while a balance remains.

Progressive jackpot wins are not subject to certain restrictions.

8. Fraud, Bonus Abuse, and Restricted Behaviour

If a bonus is claimed, certain behaviours are prohibited, including “bonus hunting” patterns such as opening accumulated free spins across multiple games after the balance drops below €0.50 (or equivalent).

8.1 Bonus Limits

Promotions are limited to one per person and related identifiers (email, address, card, IP, phone, household).

8.2 Maximum Bet Under Bonus Conditions

If a deposit bonus is active, the maximum bet is €7.50 (or equivalent) until wagering is completed. This also applies to purchasing in-game features where the purchase amount is treated as the bet amount.

8.3 Enforcement Measures

If violations occur, Betflare may:

Cancel bonus and real balances
Void the session
Withhold winnings
Close the account
Checks may occur routinely and during withdrawal requests.

9. Games and Technical Rules

9.1 Fair Play and Modes

Games are provided for entertainment and may be available in demo mode or real-money mode.

9.2 Prohibited Tools

Players must not use robots, external aid programs, or tools that distort normal play. Betflare may implement technical checks to detect prohibited software.

9.3 Communication and System Errors

Bets are confirmed only when received by Betflare servers. If communication drops after a bet is received, the bet remains valid.

If a game malfunction or RNG/software error occurs, bets and winnings may be cancelled and balances restored to the pre-game state. Incorrect account balances must be reported immediately.

Bug exploitation (“bug-using”) is prohibited. Users must report bugs. Betflare may apply rollbacks and other corrective actions and may suspend or close accounts for abuse.

10. Termination and Inactive Accounts

10.1 Account Closure by User

You may request account closure through customer support. Closure may take up to two business days.

10.2 Suspicious Activity

Betflare may freeze accounts during investigations into fraud, collusion, cheating, or money laundering and may close accounts permanently.

Betflare may also share relevant information with authorities and financial institutions where required, and you agree to cooperate with investigations.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be deemed inactive after 6 consecutive months without login activity. If funds are not withdrawn within 15 days of notification, Betflare may close the account and deduct 5% of the remaining balance monthly.

Betflare may also close accounts unilaterally under additional inactivity/verification conditions, including prolonged non-login periods or failure to verify ownership/payment method.

11. Customer Care

Customer support is available 24/7 via live chat or email.

Harassment, insults, or spam directed at support staff may result in account closure.

12. Copyright and Trademarks

All text, images, and video content on the website are protected by intellectual property rights owned or licensed by Betflare. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Interpretation

The original version of these Terms is in English. If translated, the English version prevails in the event of any conflict or inconsistency.

14. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Disputes arising from the use of the website are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Costa Rica.

15. Lucky Box Feature

15.1 Definitions

Lucky Box – A virtual chest containing random prizes.
Coins (Internal Currency) – Non-withdrawable internal currency used for features such as Lucky Box.
Real Balance – Deposited funds available for real-money play.

15.2 Opening a Lucky Box

Lucky Boxes can be opened using:

Real Balance funds, or
Coins (internal currency)

The total cost depends on how many prizes you choose (from 1 to 5) and is shown before confirmation.

15.3 Prize Crediting and Use

Prizes are credited automatically:

Coins are added instantly to internal currency balance
Free Spins are credited to eligible slots and must be used within 10 days unless otherwise specified
Winnings from Lucky Box prizes are credited to Real Balance unless stated otherwise and are generally not subject to wagering requirements
Free Lucky Boxes and Wheel of Fortune spins must be used within the indicated validity period or they expire.
Deposit bonuses from Lucky Box mechanics may activate on the next deposit and follow the promotion terms shown.

15.4 Randomness and Fairness

Lucky Box outcomes are determined randomly using an internal randomization method. Prize probabilities may vary and are not publicly disclosed.

15.5 No Guaranteed Outcomes

Opening a Lucky Box does not guarantee a particular prize. Outcomes are final and not subject to appeal. Any questions regarding prizes must be submitted via the procedure described in the Terms.

15.7 Feature Availability and Enforcement
